ACCOUNTING AND ERP FOR PAKISTAN

Accounting software in Pakistan,
with ERP behind it.

IDP, made by Wellsoft Solutions, is accounting and ERP software for small and medium businesses in Pakistan. It keeps stock, warehouses, sales, customer and vendor balances and your books in one system, so a single sale updates stock and accounts together. It runs on your own computer, keeps working when the internet drops, and is priced in rupees from PKR 3,000 a month.

One system.
From godown to ledger.

Shops, wholesalers and distributors run on stock that sits in more than one place and customers who often buy on credit. IDP keeps every stock movement and every sale connected to your accounts, so nobody copies figures from one sheet to another.

01

Stock across locations

Track stock per warehouse or godown, record goods received, issue gate passes, and transfer stock between locations. IDP blocks a sale that would take stock below zero, and low-stock alerts warn you before a shelf runs empty.

02

Sales, credit and balances

Create invoices with tax and discounts, take cash or credit sales, and keep customer and vendor balances, credit limits and credit days in view.

Accounts you can trust

Cashbook, vouchers, general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet come from the same records as your stock and sales, so the numbers match.

THE ACCOUNTS SIDE

Accounting software for a small business
in Pakistan, not just a till.

Many small businesses keep stock in one tool, sales in another and the books with an accountant at month end. That works until the three disagree. IDP keeps accounting inside the same system as the stock and the sales, so a cash sale goes to the cashbook, a credit sale stays on the customer’s balance, and the reports your accountant asks for are built from those same entries.

What the accounts side covers:

  • Cashbook and ledger, on every plan
  • Customer and vendor balances with credit limits and credit days
  • Full financial statements, including profit and loss and the balance sheet, on Business and Enterprise
  • Asset management, a fixed-asset register with scheduled depreciation, on Enterprise

Show your accountant the reports during the demo and ask whether they are in a form they can work with. We would rather you check before you commit. Read the full module list on the product page, or compare plans to see what each one includes.

BUYING AND SELLING

Sale and purchase software
that keeps stock honest.

Every business that buys goods and sells them again needs the same loop to be reliable: goods arrive, stock goes up, a sale goes out, stock goes down, and money is recorded on both sides. In IDP you record goods received against a warehouse, so each item starts in the right place. Each sale then deducts stock from the warehouse you choose, and vendor and customer balances follow the money in both directions.

  • Receiving: record received goods against a warehouse
  • Selling: invoices deduct stock as the sale is recorded
  • Balances: what you owe vendors and what customers owe you, in one view

IDP does not include payroll or manufacturing. If you need those, see custom ERP development.

AT THE COUNTER

Retail billing software
for the counter.

For a shop, the till is where accuracy is won or lost. IDP’s Starter plan includes inventory, sales and point of sale, and you can keep more than one checkout bill open at the same time, so the next customer does not wait while one bill is finished. Each bill is a clear record and each sale flows into stock and the cashbook.

WHY MOVE

A notebook, a spreadsheet,
or one system.

An honest comparison of ways to run stock and accounts. Spreadsheets are fine for a single small shop; the table shows where they stop.

What accounting software suits a small business in Pakistan?

Look for software that keeps stock, sales and accounts in one place, handles customers who buy on credit, and keeps working when the internet drops. IDP is built that way: inventory, sales and point of sale, a cashbook and ledger, and profit and loss and balance sheet reports, in a desktop system that runs offline. The best test is a demo with your own products and your own accountant’s questions.

Is IDP ERP software?

Yes. IDP is an ERP system for small and medium businesses. Inventory and warehouses, sales and invoicing, customers and vendors, and accounts and reporting work together in one workspace, along with a fixed-asset register and roles and permissions. It does not include payroll or manufacturing.

How much does IDP cost in Pakistan?

Starter is PKR 3,000 per month and Business is PKR 25,000 per month. Enterprise rollouts are quoted for your operation before you start. There is no long-term contract and no per-user fee within your plan’s user limit, and no per-transaction fee.

Does IDP work without internet?

Yes. IDP is an offline-first desktop system for Windows, macOS and Linux, so daily work carries on without the internet. A cloud-hosted option is also available when your team needs it.

Does IDP support FBR/GST invoicing?

FBR/GST invoicing can be added to match your business's requirements. It is set up per customer rather than switched on by default, so ask us about it during your demo. Any set-up work is quoted up front before you start.

What should I look for in the best ERP software in Pakistan?

Start with how your business works: how many places hold stock, how many customers buy on credit, how often the internet fails, and which reports your accountant needs. Then ask each vendor to show those things on screen. Our feature comparison sets IDP beside Odoo, ERPNext, SAP Business One, ERES and Karobar ERP across 17 capabilities, and it marks what we have not verified rather than guessing.

Can I move my existing spreadsheet data into IDP?

Yes. We walk through migrating your product, customer and vendor data as part of onboarding, so you do not start from a blank screen.
