Offline means core stock, sales and accounting workflows, not just temporary POS caching. Local hosting options for Odoo, ERPNext and SAP Business One require an appropriate setup; they are not equivalent to IDP’s desktop setup. ERES describes itself as a cloud ERP; offline and local deployment have not been verified. Karobar ERP (karobarerp.com) — not to be confused with Karobar Solution (karobarsolution.com), a separate offline POS product — states on its own site that it is a cloud system that needs an internet connection and keeps your data in the cloud, so offline working and local data storage are marked unavailable for it.
Negative-stock blocking is configurable in ERPNext and SAP Business One. A gate pass is a warehouse movement document; a delivery note alone was not treated as equivalent. Multiple open bills means retaining more than one checkout bill at once. Payroll and manufacturing are not verified IDP capabilities.
