Offline means core stock, sales and accounting workflows, not just temporary POS caching. Local hosting options for Odoo, ERPNext and SAP Business One require an appropriate setup; they are not equivalent to IDP’s desktop setup. ERES and Karobar describe cloud products; offline and local deployments have not been verified.
Negative-stock blocking is configurable in ERPNext and SAP Business One. A gate pass is a warehouse movement document; a delivery note alone was not treated as equivalent. Multiple open bills means retaining more than one checkout bill at once. Payroll and manufacturing are not verified IDP capabilities.
