Wellsoft Solutions (“we”, “us”) built IDP, a desktop business-management system. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. It doesn’t cover the IDP desktop application itself, which by default stores your business data on your own computer and does not send it to us.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, optional company name, and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry — to answer your question, schedule a demo, or set up a trial.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes. We don’t use this to identify individual visitors.
We also use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic to this site — things like which pages are visited and roughly how many people are visiting, in aggregate. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We don’t use it to identify you personally, and it has no connection to the IDP desktop application or your business data. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on if you’d prefer not to be counted.
How we use it
We use contact-form submissions solely to communicate with you about IDP. We don’t sell your information to third parties, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing info@wellsoftsolutions.com.
