What this website collects, what it does not, and how to ask us about anything we hold.
Wellsoft Solutions (“we”, “us”) builds IDP, a desktop business-management system. This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. It does not cover the IDP application itself.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, the option you selected under “I’m interested in”, and your message. To stop spam, our server also keeps a short-lived, scrambled record of the connection that sent it, which is not linked to your name. Nothing else is collected from that form.
Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs — things like IP address, browser type and the time of the request — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
To show prices that fit where you are, your browser’s time zone gives a first guess, without leaving your device. Our hosting provider then adds the country of your IP address to the request, and our server sends back only that answer; the result is not stored.
What we do not collect
This website has no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, so your visit is not shared with anyone else. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell information to anyone.
How we use what you send
We use your enquiry only to reply to it — to answer your question, arrange a demo, set up a trial, or discuss a project. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not pass your details to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as is reasonably useful to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@wellsoftsolutions.com and we will deal with it.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
